Quality/Security Policy

Crittenton Consulting Group, Inc. (CCGI) defines and manages the necessary processes to ensure that services and deliverables conform to the specified requirements. To accomplish this goal, CCGI established, documented, and maintains the Quality Management Program (QMP), which addresses the requirements of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008, 27001:2013 and CMMI-SVC Level 2. The use of documented QMP processes ensures the standard application of quality and security throughout the company and that services and products conform to the specified requirements. It also provides a means to continually improve required internal measures, deliverables, and our project performance. The principal factor for CCGI’s successful performance is the continued incorporation of quality and security into our services and products. It is the responsibility of all employees to adhere to all aspects of Quality and Security Management throughout CCGI and work performed supporting our customers.
